The very first step in the process is to cut out your vambrace and glove-plates from the EVA foam. Super glue ( Loctite works pretty well).Finish (I use this for my craft foam projects).Cutting tool for foam (box cutters/all-purpose shears/etc.).Gloves (I got mine here, but any gloves of your choice will do).Straps/material of your choice (I used black Berwick Offray 3097 ribbon ).You can view the other tutorials and reviews for this costume in the following links: Tutorials: This is the continuation of my Fallout New Vegas Veteran Ranger tutorial.
